We stayed at the hotel for a night. Hotel is strategically located, has huge parking, Good rooms and clean washrooms. It has a gas station nearby with a small convenience store. The hotel has a small restaurant which serves descent food. Being a vegetarian, I requested few modifications which were honored. Only negative point was long waiting time which was probably due to staff shortage. Our waitress and chef otherwise were courteous. So was the reception lady, who guided us for the eating options and suggested to ask for customization. Overall, recommended for short stays or transit.

They deceive guests about prices. You pay much more money than write on page. Localization is inside nothing. They have really small rooms and bad for one person in twin room. The worst hotel I've ever been. Don't go there!

This is a modern and stylish hotel which is strategically located in the heart of the city. The restaurant offers buffet breakfast and a wide array of dishes to savor. The rooms are quite nice and the staff are friendly. You can explore Florence, Siena and Perugia easily from this location.

The regular rooms are a bit small, and there isn't much closet space, which is ok for a night's stay. But they are clean, the bathroom is updated and the rooms face away from the busy street. The suite is spacious and is more comfortable for a longer stay. The restaurant is simple and good, serving different fresh dishes everyday.
The highlight is that the staff is friendly, accommodating and helpful.
The strange point is the entrance to the hotel and can be easily missed. You have to drive through the gas station in order to enter the hotel.

My honey and I stayed a night at Hotel Il Gentiluomo which is about five miles from Arezzo, Italy. Stayed in suite #201 which had a Jacuzzi tub, separate living room, queen sized bed, large desk and chair, quick WiFi, and breakfast included in the rate. Booked the non-refundable "Best Price Guaranteed" room and breakfast rate directly from the hotel’s website and thought we got a deal. Also had a very nice dinner at the hotel’s restaurant.

Room Tip: Suites are large and a good value
