We stopped by on a long way back some days ago. The outside is beautiful and it's very much appreciable that they tried to keep the old, traditional style of the place.

Restaurant is fair, although we were only offered the main restaurant and not the bar area. Maybe because we had a young child, or were foreigners?

However, there are some items that need re-working:
- We ordered a duplex and were confirmed the availability of a single bed for our daughter, normal child size. We got a cot instead, although paid for a premium room (a duplex). No excuse, nothing...
- We spent about 500€ for a night and diner. When checking out, we noticed that we were charged extra for the cot. Although only 20€, I would have expected friendly people willing you to return, to offer it at least, given that it was even not what we asked in the booking. But no, they hided it into the room price (we discovered the difference when asking why the base price was different than the one on our reservation - the premium had not been raised beforehand)

In short, very nice place, but commercial policy lacking completely realism..

For a calm, luxury and beautiful stay, for work and with family. Road in the forest to arrive. Very nice room, with a lot of space. Outstanding breakfast: everything is fresh.
I have planned to come back soon.

Is a perfect place to lose yourself away from the crowded cities . Very quiet, very picturesque and romanic. We choose for the Suite Manoire which is a really large apartment with all comfort you need inside. The other facilities are also very high standards: the restaurants, the spa, etc. But most impressive is the huge garden that makes you feel like in a small exquisite village. From the hotel you have easy access in all the area attractions from Duville to Honfleur .

Room tip: very quiet

It is not the case. Even if the bedrooms are spacious and well furnished, they lack soundproof equipment and have no air conditioning. The hotel looks like a busy "factory". Should you expect to relax and enjoy quietness, refrain from staying there as it is full of families with children !

Room tip: éviter celles qui sont dans le bâtiment principal proche de la piscine / Avoid those in the main building close to the swimming pool

This hotel is about a 30 minute drive from the Normandy D-Day beaches and so is a good base for exploring them. It is set in extremely peaceful, pastoral surroundings. Although we did not make use of them, there appeared to be bicycles on loan from the hotel, and many other outdoor activities on offer. I am certain that in the summer, this would be an awesome location from which to hike or cycle. The hotel has it's own cinema, which was a lovely surprise. We stayed in a unit that was a short walk away from the main hotel building. It was well appointed and spacious, with an extremely comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom. The main hotel building is cozy and warm, and the atmosphere in the communal area puts one at ease straight away. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly - we only spent one night here, but it was such a lovely hotel, that I wished we had stayed longer. The hotel restaurant gastronomic was amazing - I highly recommend the demi-pension option which includes dinner and breakfast - it is great value! They were also very accommodating towards our son who is a fussy eater. The breakfast buffet was delicious and there was a good selection on offer. We made use of the lovely swimming pool and there is also a spa.
