we had 5 tired travelers from the US and Spain, and they sat us down quickly, gave us a quick tour of the restaurant and even the salt caves below, to see the amazing history of the place we were eating.
the service was polite and efficient.
the people at the restaurant demonstrated that amazing Spanish generosity and kindness that makes me want to move there
i had the veal which is locally sourced in a flavorful stew with potatoes that was filling but not heavy. the locally made yogurt dessert was perfect for me with local fruits and berries for a nice after dinner splash of sweetness without being overbearing. my friends all loved their dishes as well and no one left unsatisfied.
we got the Menu del Dia which for 5 people with 3 courses and wine came to 54 Euros... amazing
