Not worth the money

The hotel is too expensive. Of course they have a really nice and clean room and they serve a delicious breakfast but the staff (reception, restaurant) is not friendly. So u don't feel really welcome, more like a numbre or a bothering guest.
They serve u fresh water at the restaurant without asking (1.5 litre for a single person) and charge u for that while fresh water (0.5 litre for one person) is in most restaurants for free.
I booked the hotel because it's close to the hotel. But it takes 15 min to get there and they charge u a fix price for the transfer (8 Rial). It might be cheaper if u take a taxi with taxameter.

Room tip: It doesn't matter.

Great stay

Nothing is any bother for the staff. From the moment you arrive they will do their best to help you. Believe me I know. From getting my lost parcel to getting my wallet to the airport. From top to all the staff very very good.
Good clean room good food what more do I have to say.

nice hotel great reception

simple but good hotel near airport , we was very surprised of a arabic dinner really good on friday evening , breakfast was ok service a bit in chaos need more training the staff to bring level at ok , in reception the staff amazing so nice and helpful thanks a lot

Very close to airport, that's about it.

Arrived late, left early. As an IHG Platinum I received an upgrade to a corner suite. Nice, simple room. I was ready to have breakfast but the front desk told me it would be 10 OMR, which is very expensive!
Parking is tight and hotel is hard to find. I went around it twice before figuring out how to get in.

Looking forward to come back

Checked in on 7th April attended by Mr Iqbal, was having aome issue with the bed type. Despite the issue, Mr Iqbal maintain his professionalism and courteous. Mr Ravindra the Duty Manager also attended to me with the same great attitude. Room was small but comfortable. Tiptop cleanliness, congratulations to the Housekeeping Team!
