This was my second visit with my daughter and two small boys . The cottage is so homely yet spacious and all to a very high standard .
The garden overlooks the small harbour with views of the sea and the beach is a two minute walk away .
Excellent location and easy to access all small towns nearby .
We are returning next year for our 3rd trip for a very relaxing vacation .
We were lucky and had good weather. The house was very nice and comfortable in a picturesque village. We walked around the village and found very interesting artwork featured on several gates.
Normally we go to the St Andrews Coach Houses for several years. Bridgend House was a very nice change (beside the beach) and had the same high standards as the Coach Houses.
Would recommend the Tail End restaurant in St Andrews + the Station Inn in the village which was friendly + Craill which is pretty.
Well equipped and furnished. Two very large bedrooms and one single- all have great views.
Lovely to sit outside and watch the tide coming and going. Very quiet village with friendly people at the shop, the Railway Pub and The Crusoe Hotel where the food is fabulous! Ate there 3 times - all brilliant.
Great walks and not far to drive to the many other delightful villages in the East Neuk of Fife.
Had the most wonderful time at this fabulous house.....every amenity you could wish for and so beautifully furnished...lovely location too. Maggie was so helpful and accomodating and our children really enjoyed their visit to the farm....absolutely excellent.
Been here a few times now and we all love it.The setting is amazing!. Most of my family have been up at the cottage when we stayed at new year and think they will be back individually with their families. Definitely worth a try. Maggie and john are so nice and very helpful.
