Staff not bad in helping your needs, but I feel the chef is not happy at his work. I had all 3 meals in 2 days. The Chicken in soup is spoil, breakfast boil eggs is from a day before. You can only choose 1 breakfast item on the menu, either juice or coffee or non.
rooms are in apartment but each room has keycard access. Each level unit has 4 rooms inside with share kitchen and a share living room area. Not my kind of choice of accommodation, if you happen to have a noisy and dirty neighbour but good for large groups. Room is small, not fully clean up. toilet roll /tissue/ kettle all self service take from the kitchen. Not sure if the bed was a fresh sheet, there was a perfume smell n insect bits on my legs the next day.

Room Tip: along that road has many hotels is very near each other. check online for more option before choosing anyone.

The airport shuttle (from the hotel) arrived on time the drive was fun and it was a pleasant surprise to see the hotel being very new and elegant. We were welcomed very nicely by the staff. We went to our room (We got 2 rooms for our family of four)it looked pretty cosy but small in size compared to the other hotels. However we felt homey and got the chance to sleep peacefully.⛤

When we went down to have breakfast we got to chat with the staff who were genuinely friendly. They gave us an idea about the whole tour and also helped us in a great deal to make our Maldives tour a sucess. The breakfast buffet was small but really delicious and it had all the stuff I liked in fact even the chefs were kind and friendly.

The lady named Rushani who was at the reception desk helped us in a great deal to confirm our next booking at Paradise Island Resort.
Well, overall it was an amazing experience in this hotel in Hulhumale. You should probably try their Dial curry with rosti(rotty), maldivian sambol and their pancakes.

I really wanna visit them again you should too.

We were with few colleagues - bouts and girls, visiting the hotel during the weekend. All the services were acceptable, food was good.
We used the outdoor pool, where I have noticed that there was a group of guys who was taking pictures of girls with swimsuits, then from time to time going to the lockers room. We have tried to put the subject in front of the staff there, with no any result. The “excuse” was that “this is it and we should accept other cultures”. From other frequent visitors (the hotel is some kind main base for the airplane companies crews) I understood that this is usual stuff there - mainly Bangladeshi and Indian guys to collect pictures of girls with swimsuits. that was our last visit there.

This hotel is located about a 15 minute drive from the airport. The rooms are tiny.
Communication with the hotel seems quite hard. Some sort of mix up ended up with is waiting for more than 1 hour to be picked up. Late at night the hotel was not answering their phone.

Breakfast was adequate

The hotel, Agoda and Booking.com show very nice pictures - nothing show the real thing. Don't believe the pictures. it is decisive.
It is a hostel-like - you get very small rooms (the suitcase didn't fit in) rooms in an apartment that other people share the same entrance door , living room and kitchen.
The surrounding of the so-called hotel is dirt and rubbish.
The place is not clean, the handles broken and stay in your hand, stains on the ceiling, filthy mattress full of stains,,,,etc.
The breakfast is the basic of the basic, simple and you have to ask for additions.
They charge extra for each espresso and ice cream without letting you know in advance. They charge 15 $(!) for a regular ice cream.

And this place charges 250-300 $ per room. This is an outrage.
This place should charge 50 $ per room per night and even then - it is not worth it.
A disgusting place.

I have to mention the manager - Mr. Hugo - he is working many years in the tourism industry, He knows very well what does it mean 5 stars. Shame on him.

Don't go to this place....

Room Tip: dont go there....
