Firstoff, the pizzas are great--they aren't small, the ingredience seem quite fresh, the taste is delicious. And all this at a fairly low price. The workers were all very curious and quick. And as a California, I was especially please to clean up and recycle all the remaining food trash after the meal--very innovative idea.
The single area why I was not able to put a 5th star was the wait time. While waiting at a table with friends for someone to take our order (I've been twice and the wait was between 20-30 minutes,) it was confusing to see so VERY many pizzas cooked and put into boxes and picked up by people who simply walked in the door!!! (I suppose for the many people who placed telephone orders). This happened many times, while all the restaurant tables were FULL of people waiting to order their food.
