Myself and partner recently enjoyed a 5 night stay at this wonderful boutique style hotel. We have travelled a lot throughout the Caribbean and stayed in many 5 star resorts worldwide however we both agree that our stay at Cap Maison is so far one of our favourite places to which we are already planning to return!! The whole place is picture perfect with stunning views out to sea and beautiful gardens in the grounds. The food at the cliff and naked fisherman was fantastic and every meal was delicious. The staff are incredible and the some of the nicest people that we have encountered, they are very well trained in their jobs and really go out of their way for you, sorry I can't remember all of their names but Stacey and Cyrill were great and made sure we had everything we needed by the pool. We hired the hotels private yacht for a sunset cruise and although the weather was not the best we still managed to see a nice sunset. The hotel was not busy during our stay and at times we felt we had the entire place to ourselves. We were there when hurricane Maria passed through and the staff took good care of us and made sure we stayed safe, bringing us room service etc. We were also invited to attend a wine tasting session at Cellar Maison with Ross and Aaron which was very informative, good fun and kept us occupied whilst the weather wasn't so good. I would defiantly recommend Cap Maison to anyone visiting St Lucia.

Room Tip: Room 21 has great balcony views

Just left after a 3 night stay at this hotel. Loved every minute of it. The hotel is a small boutique style of hotel. It's not super modern but it is full of character. Beautiful lush gardens surround the 'Spanish colonial' style of buildings. Lovely pool area over looking the ocean and Pigeon Island. Staff are incredibly warm and friendly. Cocktails are great. Wine list is superb. Plus a bonus of a cool little beach bar down in a cove adjacent to the hotel. Although not cheap, for what you get it's great value for money and I'd highly recommend for anyone who wants a peaceful holiday in a very beautiful corner of the world. Ps....only a 10 min taxi drive in and out of Rodney Bay.

Cap Maison is a well kept and pleasant, small boutique hotel overlooking the Atlantic and Martinique in the distance.

We had apartments 11, 12 and 14 for 5 of us. We had access to a circa 10 metre private pool although there are 3 other shared pools.

The apartment was serviced and reasonably well appointed with freezer, fridge, oven, washer and drier.

The cliff restaurant is good although not cheap and the "fine dining" experience is not something that we felt up for every day.

The beach is circa 90 steps down and there is a bar and restaurant there called the Naked Fisherman which serves good food.

There are some basic water sports facilities (Hobie Cat, Sup boards) and helpful sports staff.

There are two small bars (one inside, one out), a gym and a small treatment area for massages etc.

We were there during September which is a quiet month on the island in general...and the hotel is quiet. This suited us perfectly....but would not be suitable for anyone looking for "nightlife" at the hotel.

The gardens around the hotel are super and well kept.

The staff were very pleasant and attentive.

Overall, if you are looking for peace and quiet in a small, special apartment-based hotel with good food, pleasant staff and super outlook then this is the place for you.

What a lovely place to stay!
This is a fabulous location with really friendly staff, great restaurants and I would be delighted to stay again. I can highly recommend a stay here as a couple, or with kids.
The pools are very nice, but when we wanted privacy we had our own private pool with lovely views across the lawn to the sea.
The restaurant is excellent & the bar is also very good!!
The beach is great (accessible down long steps) with a very nice restaurant & bar. If you want a parasol & loungers you need to get there early as it's a public beach & we weren't happy asking the locals to vacate the hotel parasols as they had got there first!
The hotel have lots of water sports equipment to loan to guests at the beach.
I highly recommend this hotel.

Went here for my honeymoon for a five day stay. We were met by a friendly staff at the front desk who gave us a tour of the whole premises. There was a man who took our bags to the room for us. The cliff restaurant has stunning views over Pigeon Island. If you come slightly earlier, around 6pm, you can see the full sunset which will not disappoint.

We had a room with a pool, even though we'd only paid for a jacuzzi room (they upgraded us because it was our honeymoon).

The food is absolutely divine. The Cliff restaurant is fantastic for fine dining, they had very classy cover music in the background that perfectly matched the atmosphere. The Naked Fisherman is great for a more laid back evening on the beach. At both restaurants the fish dishes are particularly good.

I've included a photo of "Rock Maison" which is a private dining area below the cliff restaurant. You get a personal waiter, there is a champagne zip line to your table. It is well worth the money.

My only complaint is that the desserts don't live up to the standard of the starters and main meals. They were pleasant, particularly the ice cream, but in comparison to the rest of the food they might get four stars.

I have no reservations about rating the whole experience as five stars.
