Stayed first week of September. Lovely modern caravan nice and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Although we had two cars with one space next to caravan, the staff gave us an extra space close by! Short walk to the seafront. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Stayed in Breakwater and it was brilliant, so comfortable and well appointed. Ideal spot to walk everywhere and lovely and quiet. Can't wait to return. Thank you Bridget and all the staff who were delightful.

Been back here 3 times now & will continue to go back. Ideally located, no arcades or clubs so lovely & quiet but convenient for Westward Ho! , 5 mins walk. Staff always willing to help & very friendly.

Just enjoy the peace and quiet here, and the ever changing weather. If you have a query or a problem, nothing is too much trouble for the friendly staff. Should you wish to travel in the area, there are frequent buses from close by. The village shops cater well for every day necessities, within an easy flat walk.

We have been going to surf bay for 11years and are already booked in for next year. We have been in a few different caravans but the one with the hot tub is our favourite. We were slightly disappointed with the cleanliness, there was dried egg down the side of the fridge and on the floor and I had to finish defrosting the freezer before use, the van has signs of wear, the bathroom fittings kept falling off, but it is still very nice and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, not a saggy old mattress, beds
were very clean. There was no noise problems from other holiday makers and the sight is very neat, tidy and colourful with lovely plants. The area is suitable for all ages and abilities.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us.We are sorry you found a mark on the fridge and floor and the fridge needed defrosting, If you had come to reception at the time we would of course have put that right instantly for you.
