Spent two nights here whilst working in the area. After a long hectic day photographing a wedding, the peace and beautiful location at Greenwick was a joy to return to. The garden is beautiful and the views across to the hills are amazing. Clean comfortable room with all the facilities and detail you would expect from a hotel. A warm welcome and great breakfast completed the experience perfectly. Beautiful, peaceful location but also well placed for exploring the area. Highly recommended.

At a beautiful house in a lovely location, Fran Pearson gave us a warm Yorkshire welcome. Our room and en-suite bath were spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was enough to take you through to supper. Fran's garden is well worth a wander and, wonder of wonders, she has a real live elm tree. Extremely peaceful on the top of the wolds, the only sounds are the swallows and martins and the work of the farm.

I can thoroughly recommend Greenwick Farm. Wish we could have stayed longer, as this was a great base from which to explore the Wolds (Yorkshire's little secret, so often overlooked in favour of the Dales). Fran made us feel most welcome and the room (Lowden) was just lovely and beautifully decorated. Incredibly comfortable bed and large ensuite bathroom with clawfoot bath. The view of the rolling countryside from our window was fantastic. We shall be back!

Lovely comfortable room, warm welcome and delicious breakfast. Fran and her family have created a beautiful garden incorporating old woodland trees and actually have a living healthy elm. I haven't seen one for 30 years so it was exciting to spot it. The views are stupendous. Thank you Fran.
