Richmond Hill Hotel is situated next to Richmond Park with its wonderful walks and views of London (check out Henry’s Mound for a spectacular view of St Paul’s). Richmond town is only 15 minutes walk away with great shops and restaurants. The hotel offers excellent accommodation and the food is wonderful plus they always seem to have dinner/B.B deals going on. Highly recommended.

Family of four stayed in Georgian suite, room was nice, but nothing special for the price! Room wasn't ready at check in time. Restaurant fairly average, had a better meal out at the Greyhound in Kew!

We visited London this weekend to watch the rugby at Twickenham.

The hotel is a four star hotel but is a beautiful hotel.

Upon arrival at the hotel our rooms weren’t ready, but the hotel has a 24/7 reception meaning that we were able to check in upon our return to the hotel at 10pm which was super handy.

Our room - the superior double was clean and comfortable, perfect to relax after a very busy and long day!

The breakfast at this hotel was fantastic! Such a big choice of foods and all cooked / served beautifully.

My only critique of this hotel would also be the breakfast.... there seemed to be two areas for breakfast one where you were required to serve yourself tea and coffee and weren’t offered ‘made to order breakfast items’ and another area where it was waitress service with additional menu’s on the table of additional special request / made to order dishes.

Unfortunately we were placed in a room just off the main breakfast area which was a serve yourself area - this was a little disappointing as we had paid the same price for our breakfast as other guests who were offered waitress service and additional make to order items!

As both the above breakfast options are the same costs to guests - I think this makes guests who are put into the side room not only feel inferior but also that they’re being short changed! It is for this reason I have not classed the stay as excellent!

Comfortable room, friendly staff, SKY tv, great leisure facilities (going through major upgrade and refurbishment). Superb location on Richmond Hill, convenient for Central London as well as Richmond park and major sporting venues.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Creaky floorboards. Room is always immaculately clean. Strong water pressure. Linens get change every day. Breakfast at the restaurant is good (hot and cold food), lots of choices.
