Nice place

Stayed here with friends whilst doing 3 peaks challenge. Great location & food shame about Covid rules as it made fir a weird atmosphere and no cooked breakfast in morning as you had to preorder the night before to get a prepackaged cold breakfast. Staff friendly rooms clean

DISAPPOINTED

Just visited the Eagles Hotel for a coffee with my husband, a hotel we frequent quite often when we stay in Llanrwst, after a prompt the coffee arrived 45 minutes late and when it arrived was luke warm. Very disappointed even more so that the staff didn't even seem to be too bothered. We won't be returning despite all the lovely meals we have had there. Mrs Hignett

Beautiful Room

Such a lovely stay, relaxed hotel in a great location with views and a river walk on the doorstep. Absolutely gorgeous room, very clean, easy check in/out and friendly helpful staff. Free parking onsite was spacious, no trouble with a large vehicle. Nice continental breakfast provided.

Two night break

Stayed here with my autistic son in a family room. Really enjoyed ourselves despite covid restrictions. Staff are helpful especially Abby who is cheerful and friendly. Our room was fabulous thank you and we will definitely be back. Breakfast is a continental one which is adequate. Restaurant food was ok at night and the bean chilli was especially nice. Service is quick and easy. Plenty of parking and views over the river and bridge are fabulous

Over priced and very disappointing

We paid £110 for 1 night our booking stated that breakfast was included we assumed it would be a full English however it was an extremely basic 'continental' no implements for serving cheese/ham, not hot water for porridge pots! No pre warning about excessive street noise until 01.30 awful....
