Stayed for one night in room 421 with sea view.

Room was fine, bed was too small and too soft for our liking.

Bathroom was tidy and clean but be aware that there is no shower gel, just a small bar of soap and some hand wash on the sink. Shower did the job and water temperature was fine.

Very creaky floor boards, which surprised me, as it looked like our room was in the more modern part of the hotel.

Some empty and full milk cartons left outside the window on the ledge.

The rest of the hotel was ok, the staff were helpful and polite. Their communal toilets in the public areas were tidy and clean with excellent hand drying machines.

The bar and prices were ok for a pre and after drink before going out and coming back.

Did not try the WiFi, so no comment.

Breakfast was good, but pick your time to go, we arrived at 9 am (sunday) and it was very busy.

Parking is either in the NCP car park immediately to the rear of the hotel and is £10 for over night parking or there is another public car park down the road about 10 minutes walk. Some on street parking in various locations if you find them.

All in all, it was ok and I would stay again, however there is a Premier Inn about 5 minutes walk, so I'll try that next time.
