We rented this condo for a one-week stay in Weston-Super-Mare. It was a three-generation trip, so an apartment with 4 bedrooms was a big money-saver over a hotel. Stephen lived nearby and was very helpful and friendly. He even told the food delivery service how to find us! Best thing is that the property backs up to a park, which the kids loved, and is only a short walk to the beach and shopping.
Overall a nice place. My only complaints are that 3 of the 4 beds were uncomfortable. Some of the mattresses didn't even fit the bed. You could feel the springs on the mattress I slept on.
Also, there are not really 2 bathrooms. There is one bathroom with a toilet and bath and a separate room with a shower but no toilet.
We stayed in the apartment in the first week of July and it was perfect for our needs, especially considering their were 6 adults and 4 toddlers. It is a very spacious apartment and each room was sufficiently quiet enough for toddlers to sleep soundly. Although the garden wasn't completed during our stay, we found the park on the doorstep fulfilled our needs in the beautiful weather. It is a fantastic location with less than a 5 minute drive to the Grand Pier and sea front. The open plan lounge and dining area was an added bonus for our little ones, in addition to this, both the kitchen and the bathroom were spacious. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend the apartment and would stay there again.

Landlord very helpfull,we all enjoyed the stay, and will book again.very close to beach and shops.it was home from home.
Where do I start,
On arrival we had been told by the locksmith that they had people staying in there before and it wouldn't be ready for another hour as they had wrecked the place. It appeared that new locks or a door had been put on the apartment. Also some of the items that were advertised on the site were not in the apartment e.g DVD player. There was also no central heating. Some of the wooden chairs were already broken so were not able to be used. Before we knew it the bailiffs were knocking on the door of the apartment asking to speak to the home owner. It became evident that the lock/door that was replaced was probably down to bailiffs work. On the evening of arrival I asked the owner who finally showed up and I asked him for a key. He was reluctant to give me his 'only' key to the place. He said he would 'watch the door' if we went out. After 5 minutes of talking he gave me the key but tried to tell me I had to hand it back in when we went out. It was the afternoon of the second day before we even had a spare key. This probably wouldn't have mattered as there was a ladder from the outside of the property down to the kitchen window that opened from the outside meaning that anyone could get in. Not even a mop was in the apartment and it would have also been nice to have an oven that actually cooked food.
Whatever you do don't stay here. Look elsewhere.
