We went for Easter after reading Tripadvisor reviews and it is worth every star. We had the family room which was immaculately clean, the beds were super comfortable and everything was provided and more than you would expect in a B&B. Slippers/gowns/toiletries/water/tea/coffee/biscuits and even Easter eggs.

The garden is beautiful and Jane and her husband are just so lovely. The breakfasts were amazing, smoked salmon scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, fresh fruit etc.

It is on the main road as mentioned in other comments but this did not bother us at all we all slept really well. It also means it is easy to access and it is very central to visiting all the beautiful sites in Cornwall. A well deserved 5 stars.

I stayed a few years ago and I have been wanting to visit again ever since! This time I came back with my boyfriend and it was even better than the last time I visited. It was the perfect place for us, the B&B was so beautiful and it was in a great location so we could go visit lots of different places while we were there. Jane, Warren and Shirley were so friendly and Jane would go out of her way to accommodate breakfast in the morning. This is something I tend to worry about as I am gluten free but she went above and beyond when I advised her about this. I will definitely be back in the near future!

We booked for one night on route to our holiday home. Absolutely perfect stay, such helpful and friendly owner, stunning spotless family room, such comfortable beds, so many lovely little touches, amazing breakfast with stunning garden views......we loved it! Will definitely be back.

Room tip: Family room is perfect, with an arch way from double through to cosy twin room.

Could only stay at Castle Canyke Farm for 1 night due to diary commitments. However, we would highly recommend this excellently presented property. A lovely welcome from Jane and Warren [with obligatory muffins and tea] and a lovely room [we stayed in the larger room - with the adjoining twin]. The breakfast choice was very good and the combined lounge and conservatory area is beautifully presented. A very welcoming place, with great hosts!

We found this excellent B&B after reading the reviews on here for Bodmin. The B&B would be a Boutique Hotel if it was in the city, it's rooms want for nothing, everything has a place and is in it. The breakfast is to die for yet looks positively healthy for a full English. Jane Shirley and Worron run an excellent business. The gardens are worth an afternoon on their own. We shall return soon for a cheeky weekend away.
