How do you beat 10 out of 10 ? Good food great service and an excellent host!

Nothing was too much trouble - not on the menu but we only mentioned that our favourite Portuguese meal was a cataplana - the chef ( a great cook and a lovely guy) was on it - best I've tasted. Blackened cod and all the starters got similar rave reviews
Nothing was too much trouble!

We were recommended by friends and I am pleased they did, if you dont try it you will miss out on s great night with excellent food! Portuguese wine a big hit and Superbock available on draft!!

We will be back soon

Amazing restaurant me and my partner visited for my birthday. The food was fantastic so tasty and fresh my partner had the black cod and I tasted it as well I never tasted anything so delicious would highly recommend. Owner and staff are so friendly and really make you feel comfortable there. Couldn't fault anything would 100% go back and this time I would get the black cod lovely meal.

This restaurant is definitely a hidden secret of Southport! Service is very attentive and the food is sensational! We had two wines both Portuguese, great recommendations from the owner, Paula and his assistant waiter. The butternut soup with roasted hazel nuts was to die for, followed by tender scallops with parsnip purée and then homemade lemon sorbet. All this before my steak in the most beautiful Port & black truffle reduction! Heaven!
My one disappointment was I could not eat all my dessert on the five course New Years Eve set menu!! I went to bed dreaming of it that night it was so amazing! Definitely go and treat yourself, its worth the high calorie intake for one evening!
The best ever!!!

This restaurant is lovely, it's like stepping into a Jo Malone gift box as it's decor is all cream/black and geometric. Food was fantastic. Everyone in the party was impressed. The black cod was a particular highlight. We will definitely be back. It's a great addition to Southport's dining scene. My favourite in fact!

I enjoyed lunch in this quintessentially portugese establishment hosted by the legendary Paolo do try the smoked salmon & caviar also the seared scallops in beetroot textures you will experience combinations TDF conclude with the pastel de nata - to describe this merely as a custard tart would be a travesty Lovely interior restful music helpful staff What not to like - Enjoy
