Everyone giggles and thinks how boring when we say we went here, but that's their loss.
What a fantastic little hidden gem. There is an audio tour, needs a little tweaking so you know what room to be in (yes there are more than one), but they mentioned they plan to do this anyway.
There are stars and celebrities offerings, educational plaques etc, models, photos, and of course mowers galore.
Some gory facts, caught my interest, and details of local events such as lawn mower races!! No not running behind a hover mower but propped sit on, engine and fly like the wind round a track exciting races!! Sadly our visit mistimed so we missed seeing this.
The staff are super friendly and informative, didn't meet the owner, maybe next time
Plus your paying to keep a little bit of history alive, that's got to be a good thing.
