There is a little confusion- Coast Tenby became the Moorings - and its a great place for coffee, lunch and dinner. The meal we had this summer was beautifully cooked, presented and served. The atmosphere is more lively than some so not if you fancy a romantic dinner .
The other reviews this year are probably referring to Coast Saundersfoot, under which it can be found.

We had a wonderful meal here - we couldn't believe how stunning the restaurant was, very stylish, light and airy. Huge windows with beautiful views out over the coast.

We were celebrating our 'minimoon' and the staff made us feel really special and made just the right amount of fuss. The food was beautifully presented and memorable - even the bread and butter with high quality ingredients, black salt and great presentation.

There is an emphasis on fresh ingredients complimented by salads and sides - zingy and light but still filling. There is also a good selection of vegetarian and meat dishes which are as good as the fish - not an afterthought as you sometimes find in other fish restaurants.

Obviously, as much of the produce is local as possible and it pays off. Top notch!

We ate lunch here sitting outside looking over the beach. The food was all very tasty but I enjoyed the main and the dessert the most. The vegetarian main I had called 'Asparagus' was just that, several stalks of asparagus with new potato mousse which was a bit tasteless. The starter of feta and dessert of Strawberries with sweet basil were far tastier and more balanced flavours.
I would go again but perhaps during the winter or of an evening when it would perhaps be quieter and a more fine dining experience rather than families from the beach traipsing in.
