Stayed for 2 nights camping on the 30th September. Excellent site, excellent facilities, reasonable prices for a holiday camp. However the outdoor pool was closed on one of the hottest weekends of the year and the indoor one was too warm, and the shower block was dirty every time I used it. With the amount of people using it during the day it needs to be cleaned constantly but definitely more than once a day.

Just came back from a 4 night stay only booked because we saw the good weather forecast not a bad site not everything was open as camp site was not full, its a nice walk along the the beach to Tenby or you can use a back road, entertainment was ok Mash & Barrel meals not to bad, we went to Manor Park Wildlife Park which I thought was a rip off hardly any animals to look at.

Just got home from Kiln Park and im exhausted! We camped for a few nights and barely slept because of the noise! The show but you neers were dingy, mouldy, flooded, cold and you walk in to be hit by smell of damp. Ladies toilets were ok but when my partner went to the gents, he was greeted by human waste on the walls of the first two he went in, found a clean one, only to not be able to wash his hands because most of the sinks had sick on them! He thought it would be more hygienic to not bother! Be very careful you dont knock the bottom of your car out as the speed bumps are so high. If you want food i'd recommend going out and not bothering with the mash and barrell pub, especially for a cooked breakfast, very disappointing for the price, as were the chicken burgers. The club was upstairs and it was the usual Haven funstar fun and games, but where have the team shows gone? It all seemed to be outside guest performers which were quite good, but disappointed that Haven dont seem to do their own team shows anymore? Staff were all very polite but some, especially in the mash and barrell didnt seem to be in any kind of uniform making it hard to know who to call if theres a problem. Disabled toilet in the main complex.... light didnt work, broken glass in the lift, trip hazards in the arcade. If your camping and the kids need the toilet, make sure they give you lots of notice that they need the loo as you need a code to get in at night, so have to rummage around the tent looking for your piece of paper with the code on before u can walk up! Overall, disappointing

On arrival at the park it looked really good, the excitement soon evaporated when we entered our caravan, Skomer 3. It was dirty and stained and the cooker and toaster were broken, along with a funky smell and no where to park the car. This was supposed to be a deluxe caravan. We went straight back to reception and asked to be moved and even offered to pay for an upgrade but they just said 'no we are full' without checking anything. The evening venue was closed on the first night for a 'private function' which I thought was really cheeky. Our caravan was a long walk to the swimming pool, club house and mash and barrel up a hill so we didn't bother after the first day. Instead we exited the site via the camping field and walked in to Tenby. Tenby is a really nice seaside resort with beautiful beaches. I think the park's only redeeming feature is that it is within walking distance of Tenby and near the beach.

Room Tip: Take plenty of cleaning products with you.

Caravan was huge! 3 bed caravan between 2 people was very spacious!
One problem!!! The speedbumps are made of concrete, and they're very high, which unfortunately scraped the bottom of the 350z and it meant we couldn't drive anywhere for the whole 5 days incase of further damage.
Theres a shortcut through the site to tenby town centre, so the no-car situation wasn't too bad.
The kettle was broken, but reception sorted that out within galf an hour.
There was an empty bag of white powder on top of the cupboard..... Probably cocaine. Didn't bother us too much (pointless being offended and ruining your holiday) and we didn't have any children with us, but if a family had been staying there it might have been a bigger problem.
Besides those 3 problems, I loved it there!
Im not saying the caravans are full of drug paraphernalia so don't be put off, it was at the top of a cupboard... Don't think children could have reached it.
Overall a few problems, but as my first caravan holiday it was superb. I'd definitely go back!
