We stayed at this delightful B&B in August 2017 while we attended a wedding at the Tunnels. We stayed in Room 8 which was delightful, with an extremely comfortable super king bed. The view from the bedroom window was stunning, across the quaint town of Ilfracombe to the sea.
We had originally booked for two nights but decided to stay an extra night. Paula and Adam were more than happy to accommodate us moving our possessions across the landing to room 7, which was another delightful room again over looking Ilfracombe this time to the hills and moors beyond. We had to move as new guests were arriving and had specifically booked room 8. Paula and Andy moved our possessions across whilst we spent the day enjoying the weather in Ilfracombe and Wollacombe.
Paula and Adam were the perfect hosts, being extremely hospitable, accommodating and knowledgeable about the local area, which they spoke about with great pride and passion.
The breakfast was fantastic, cereals, fresh fruits, yogurts, toast, a very good selection of cooked breakfast with the ingredients being sourced locally and copious amounts of tea and coffee.
I really can't understand those that have left a negative review, I did wonder if they were reviewing a different B&B!
Will we return.......YES! Looking forward to seeing you both again very soon.More
