A great and interesting trip along the North Devon coast from Ilfracombe to see Atlantic Grey Seals. Not disappointed. Informative dialogue from navigator. North Devon/Exmoor in autumn. Wonderful.

We have just returned from a short break in Ilfracombe. During our time there we did a few walks and thoroughly enjoyed them. On our last day we decided to go on the retired Life Boat trip as it was only 30 minutes and a bargain at just £6.50 per person. The Captain's commentary was just the right mix of entertaining and informative. The 30 minutes flew by. Loved it!! It would be great if the trip alternated directions and went around the other side towards Combe Martin, we would have happily done both trips.

We opted for the 12 seated vessel, much more exciting. We saw grey seals basking on the rocks. Unfortunately, no porpoises.

Enjoyed a pleasant trip on the princess. It's a great way to relax and take in the coast. Commentary throughout keeps you well informed.
Their pricing is not correct however, they claim the leaflet is out of date, even though they still hand them out.
An hour trip is charged at £14, not the £12 advertised.
I would not mind paying if correctly advertised, it is worth it.
