Stayed at the Sefton for one night. As there was a wedding in the Atrium our room was located away from this area. It was quiet & we weren't disturbed at all.
Hotel is conveniently located for all the amenities of Douglas. The pedestrianised shopping centre was just across the road.
Check-in was quick & simple and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful.
Our room was spacious and well laid out, we were a family of two adults and a teenager, the room we were allocated had a large room with double bed and a separate bedroom with twins. Yes it is a little dated & could do with a little TLC in places, but this didn't impact on our stay.
Breakfast was good and set out in buffet style but with additions that you can order separately (like Manx kippers). There can be a short delay in these arriving when there's a few people in the restaurant but if not in a rush it's fine.
Most of the hotel is wheelchair friendly with ramps to main areas, and lifts to others. Just check your room if you are in a wheelchair as ours had a step upto the bathroom & down to the twin room.
We enjoyed our stay & would definitely stay here again.More
