What a really nice restaurant, staff were excellent and could not do enough for us.
Being elderly they were patient with our dietary needs and the end result was the food was delicious.
We will certainly be back when next this way.

We turned up on a Saturday at 6pm in the hope that they could squeeze us in as we know they get very busy and you normally have to book. They managed to give us a table and we had a lovely meal. Service was great. Well worth a visit if you’re in Weymouth but I would advise booking as other people were turned away while we were there as they didn’t have a booking. We will definitely return next time we are in Weymouth. I had a lovely pasta dish in tomato sauce with chicken, chilli & chorizo and it was lovely and washed down with a lovely glass of house red wine.

This is a little gem of a restaurant just off the harbour road and within easy access of the main town. We picked this place because of its fish dishes and was not disappointed. The prawns, scallops and monkfish was very good and the choice of drinks was perfect. The overall service is good and you are catered for very well. The prices are very competitive for the area and we would suggest booking your table as it’s clearly popular.

One of the best in Weymouth!

We booked this before we arrived for our short break. It was also rwcommended by Rob our hotel owner. Glad we did it was fully booked night We went. I had halibut sweet potato and asparagus and my husband had monkfish linguine.
I finished with a delicious cheesecake. Complimented meal with nice bottle Portuguese red.
Sadly the restaurant has been sold. The family also have Crustacean across road. Our Italian waitress confirmed she would be working there when Manbos changes hands. Sadly we were only in Weymouth three nights so couldn't fit in another visit.

I would have rated this as good rather than average had there been such a category, but couldn’t say it was ‘very good’, hence the ‘average’ rating! We enjoyed the starter of scallops in parsley and garlic butter sauce, only four small scallops each in a lot of sauce, but they were nicely presented in a large scallop shell, with bread on the side. We then had halibut, unusually served with sweet potato mash. We chose the halibut as it is one of our favourite fishes, and now is unusual to find on a menu, or even in a fishmongers. It was nice, though maybe slightly overcooked, and actually we would have preferred ordinary potato, though we did enjoy the dish.
The waitress was very pleasant, though her strong accent (Italian?) made her difficult to understand! She laughed with us that we had both chosen the same dishes, saying at least we wouldn't have “food envy” of each others choice!
All in all a pleasant evening for our wedding aniversary meal.
