Wanted somewhere to celebrate my birthday and love Warners Breaks but this one in particular I have found so friendly and welcoming . It is located on Hayling Island in Hampshire and is an adult only break so great if you want to have some time without any children . Bedrooms are situated on one side of the hotel over several floors( lift is available) but you can ask for ground floor if that is what you need . Some rooms have seaviews / patios /balconies these are extra to basic cost and there are different types of rooms varying from Standard /Signature and Royale all but the standard have fridges with fresh milk , snacks and a bottle of wine provided plus use of a bathrobe. Activities are held during the day which are free to take part in as is evening entertainment and on this particular break we had the resident entertainment team on 2 of the 4 nights doing their shows and Tucker who is a comedian from my hometown and in our local panto on one night and Samanatha Link not seen before but a great vocalist . Some excursions were organised into Chichester and Portsmouth which were extra for anyone interested
We enjoyed the break so much have already booked more at this hotel

Stayed: March 2018

My self and my Wife stayed at the Sinah Warren for 3 nights as part of a coach holiday.

This hotel is a lovely example of what a hotel should be.

The staff are excellent, and by that I mean ALL the staff and it is obvious they have been trained in how to treat guests. Nothing was too much trouble for them and it was done with a smile on their faces.

The Signature room we had was really nice and well cleaned, slight problem with the Patio doors to the outside where the bottom door strip wanted cleaning, other than that excellent.

The entertainment in general was very good with just one night being a bit of a let down for a well know group of yester year.

As a final note, it would look nice if the dining tables at evening meals had table cloths on them to just give it that final touch as the food, both choice and quality was without fault.

Would we return YES. We will definitely use a Warners hotel again YES.

Room Tip: Pick a Signature room with sea view

Possibly a different review than most as disappointment as well as satisfaction. We had booked a 3 day weekend at the beginning of March when the “Beast from the East” arrived. We live in Kent & found ourselves snowed in for several days & having a disabled husband it was impossible for us to go. We had paid insurance protection which we understood would allow us to transfer our planned break without any problems. But my goodness were we in for a shock! We had to pay £80 EACH cancellation fee when we only wanted to transfer then when we found another break for a couple of weeks on admittedly a four day break we were then faced with another £92 to pay. Our reasonable break turned out not to be. This was our 4th visit to Warners at Sinah Warren & feel very let down by their inflexible policy. It certainly tainted what was a pleasant few days. The refurbished theatre now has so many tables & chairs it was difficult to see as some people moved theirs to suit them. On a positive note our waiter Dale was excellent & the food & entertainment very good. I feel this may well be our last visit to Warners for some time.

I am so sorry to read that this visit to our hotel may well be your last Warner Break. Of course we understand how disappointed you would have felt when due to the snow you had to cancel your planned break with us, like many others. I will pass on your views regarding our cancellation policy to the relevant departments and, of course, hope you may change your mind and visit us again. Thank you for your time. Best Wishes, Jacqui

We have just returned from a 60's weekend. Absolutely brilliant. This hotel has recently undergone a refurbishment and ooh what a difference. the large ballroom performance area as been extended and new furnishings and seating arrangements make it a very enjoyable space. The lounge and bar area also upgraded and the overall appearance is very swish. The food is always good here and the updated menu continues to offer regular roasts and favourites as well as new dishes. They are great at helping out with any allergies or requirements which makes meals easy to enjoy. We stayed in a Royal room with magnificent views and large balcony. The room was very spacious with a large corner bath and separate shower. The rooms are kept incredibly clean as with all general areas. The hotel has such friendly staff always ready to help and so very efficient. We did arrange a gold VIP experience and were disappointed but the bar manager was fantastic and sorted everything out for us. The weekend entertainment was great Counterfiet Quo were amazing and the Swinging Blue Jeans were unbelievably brilliant, will be looking out for them again. This is the place to visit for a top class evening entertainment, good food and great surroundings and all for a very reasonable price..

Room Tip: speak to the hotel direct. Pauline is brilliant and knows everything you need to know about rooms. She can advise which will suit yu best.

What a wonderful review which we will all enjoy reading. Our 60s breaks are always great fun which all our guests all seem to enjoy, and I agree the Swinging Blue Jeans are still fantastic. I am pleased to know that you like our new Pavilion and again am in agreement that it gives the venue a modern and contemporary feel. Apologies for the VIP experience but I am pleased that our Bars Manager resolved it. Really appreciate your time and please come back and visit us again soon. Kind Regards, Jacqui
