My husband and I spent a couple of days at this wonderful B&B. We were made very welcome by Peter and Gemma. Bedrooms were clean and a good size. Great choice of food at breakfast. The house is in a great location, just along the road from St Magnus Catherdral and the Palaces. Hope to be back as 2 days was not long enough to see all that Orkney offers

Thank you for your positive review. We are glad you enjoyed Orkney and your stay with us. There really is so much to see and do here but a great excuse to come again.

I can really recommend this wonderful central b&b in kirkwall, orkney. It is run by a lovely local family, who are very kind and accommodating. The breakfast is wonderful and the whole b&b is comfortable, super clean and of the highest quality. It is a stone's throw from the high Street, and 5-10 Min walk to the ferries and harbour. There is also a leisure Centre and Tesco and co-op about 10 minutes walk. I have stayed here twice on business, and I would not hesitate to come back.

We spent five days with Peter and Gemma, and the boys (very well-behaved!) and really enjoyed our visit. Nice clean room, excellent food, extremely convenient and gracious hosts made this a very nice stay for us! Would highly recommend this if your travel takes you to Kirkwall!

Peter and Gemma run a great B&B, and this stay was no exception. The rooms are excellently outfitted, the breakfasts are delicious, and the family delightful. This home is wonderfully located, just feet from St. Magnus Cathedral, the Earl's Palace and Bishop's Palace. This was my second stay there, and I'm looking forward to a third.

Peter and his family and very friendly and really make you welcome in this Bnb. The rooms are spotlessly clea and comfortable. The breakfasts are great - nothing is too much effort for the hosts to prepare. Great location - right in the centre of town with views over to the cathedral from some rooms.
