Since my review was deleted on booking site I will re-write it on here.. location of hotel was nice, lovely sea views, good sized car park, could not fault the food in the restaurant although service could have been better but understandable through these times.
We found the room quite unclean, there was a lot of dust all over the lampshades, radiators, bathroom etc. The bathroom radiator could not be turned off so was far too hot, we had to keep the bathroom door closed in order to make the room a bit cooler and keep the window wide open (which then meant lots of noise as expected from outside). There were holes that had been filled in the walls and not sanded or re-painted just splodges of filler everywhere (as shown in photos). Bed was very creaky although when you stayed completed still and managed to fall asleep it was fairly comfortable. We booked 2 nights but unfortunately 1 night was enough for us, we tried to get a refund for the second night due to the heat and bed in the room but it was an instant no. Sadly won’t be returning which is a shame as location was great and food was good. More
