Second stay in three months, had an amazingly good value flash offer, both times have been great, attentive, efficient and friendly service, warm welcome, great night's sleep and quality food in hotel restaurant, can't wait for our next stay

Room Tip: Go for rooms at side and back of hotel for quiet night as Saturday market sets up early, so can be awoken by that.

We stayed here with a living social voucher on Saturday January 16th. We paid £149.00 for a Georgian room with afternoon tea on arrival and 3 course evening meal and full breakfast the following morning. Rooms were lovely and clean and well equipped with plenty of water and tea and coffee, iron if needed and a fan . The hotel is on the main high street so parking is extremely difficult so we had to park about a 10 minute walk away in a long stay car park for 20 hrs, which cost about £5 (so not too bad) this was due to the fact that there is a market all the way up the high street. There unfortunately was a wedding whilst we stayed here so it was busy and noisy til late and the bar was small so we struggled to get served after dinner, but we just returned to the restaurant and we were served there pretty quickly. The food is amazing and everything was presented beautifully and tasted divine. The staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble for you at all. Particularly a young lady called Elena who served us afternoon tea and our evening meal she is a credit to the hotel and made our stay all the more enjoyable.Well done to all the staff though.I would definitely return to this hotel and I highly recommend staying here, although next time we will visit when the weather is warmer as I would imagine it would be even better. Top marks to this hotel.

Room Tip: All rooms I would imagine are lovely but we were right at the back top floor and it was fine.

This little gem also offers valet parking, so upon arrival, come to reception and we'll take the hassle out of parking. Unfortunately we only have a car park that accommodates aprox. 12 cars, so it's first come , first served but we'll look after you either in our car park or for the small charge adjacent
Thank you for your very kind comments re the food and service and delighted that we were able to run a wedding alongside our regular business without disruption
Look forward to seeing you in the summer and I'll personally valet park your car

Warm welcome, comfortable spacious room. Staff were attentive, friendly and polite without being intrusive. We enjoyed a delicious meal in the conservatory with a wide choice of wines to,accompany. My favourite meal is breakfast, good selection of fresh fruit, cereals, cheese, salamis, pastries, and hot cooked choices. Relax dining room with the sun streaming in. Lymington is a lovely town to explore with the added bonus of the seafront and wildlife, wetlands and views to the Isle of Wight .

Your favourite meal is, in our eyes, the most important meal of the day hence the effort we put into our cold buffet and all hot dishes are cooked to order and delivered by our friendly staff. Thanks for your fantastic feedback and we look forward to welcoming you back in the future

My wife and I stayed a night here very recently and were joined for dinner by four others.
On arrival we found we had been upgraded to suite which was lovely, well equipped, clean tidy with nice ensuite.
The dinner in the evening couldn't be better. The quality of the food was excellent and the service was perfect, attentive without being obtrusive.
All the staff were friendly accommodating.
The only minor letdown was the morning breakfast, again the service couldn't be beaten, but the english breakfast was a little tasteless.
Overall a very pleasant experience.

Room Tip: Preferable a garden room

We have been to the hotel a few times and each time the service we receive is excellent. The dinner in the restaurant is lovely and always a good choice. The gin and tonics are just bliss!!

See you very soon, hopefully!
