I stayed here over night with my husband, our 25 year old daughter and her 3 year old son. We were visiting family for the weekend. The hotel was lovely and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We did eat out in the evening, but the breakfast was good. Much nicer place to stay if you wanted to visit Blackpool.

Great to hear you enjoyed your family visit. Although there is plenty to do in St Anne's, we are certainly a lot quieter than our bigger neighbor. Still we are only a few miles down the road from Blackpool with a great bus service into town, so can have the best of both worlds. We hope to see you again soon. Kind regards the Lindum Team.

The hotel is a bit dated but it is in a prime position, and the price we paid was very fair.
The rooms are a decent size although they still have blankets, I would prefer a duvet. There are tea/coffee facilities in the room and a T.V. We went for the kite festival so just wanted a cheap and cheerful place for one night and it served the purpose. The breakfast was very good, fruit juices, cereals, fresh fruit and a full English with fried bread coffee and you can help yourself to toast and jam/marmalade.

Room Tip: We were at the back it was very quiet, but you could hear the people in the rooms next door.

Many thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. Hope you enjoyed your visit to the kite festival which seems to get bigger and better every year. We are in the process of changing over to duvets, but still get quite a lot of requests to have blankets and bedspreads. Kind regards the Lindum Team

Stayed here quite a few times now, nice & friendly staff, good food but it did used to be better, feel the choices on the menu are not as good as it used to be and the desert table used to be better, this is by no way a criticism because the food is still good. Overall a pleasant stay again.

Good location. However the moment you step into the hotel it felt like you were staying in a care home. We stayed for 2 nights, the room was small but comfortable.
Our room needed updating and it looked tired. Evening meal was average and not worth £21.50 breakfast was also average.

Thank you for leaving your review. We cater to a wide variety of ages in the hotel and although the coach tour trade, which makes up a lot of our midweek business, generally consists of retired persons i would not say we were a care home. We offer a 3 course meal plus coffee with choices for each course and are well known for the quality we offer. Kind regards the Lindum Team

first time we have stayed at this hotel and will be defiantly back. We down for a long weekend in August and glad we booked this hotel, from booking it, till checking out all of the staff were so helpful, the food is amazing also plenty of choice for breakfast unlike other hotels we have stayed at in the same area, the food for dinner was out of this world, well cooked and well presented and really nice also plenty of it, now for the desserts all i can say is WOW am not a dessert person but had to have them as they looked so nice. The room we had was right at the top looking out over the mini pitch and putt onto the beech and the view was really nice, but be warned it is a bit noise if it is windy as it was on our first night but after that it was ok the room itself was clean and tidy but some of the furniture is starting to be a bit dated , The hotel itself is nice but a main concern i had was that the lift only went to select floors, now for me this was not a problem but i was staying with other family members who are partially disabled and this could have problems for them if they were unable to use the stairs as the lift in the hotel was on the rather small side and there is no access at the front of the hotel for any customers who are in a wheel chair, so to some it up the hotel is nice but slightly dated at some parts but you can see they are making the changes, the food is really nice and the staff are so very helpful and polite, so yes my family and other members of my family will be back.

Room Tip: sea view rooms are nice but can be noisy if its windy

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I will ensure your comments are passed onto the kitchen. As you mention the lift is rather small and unable to accommodate the majority of wheelchairs but there is a ramp to the the front door. As long as guests can manage with either a frame or sticks we can usually provide rooms close to the lift with walk in showers. Hope to see you back soon. Kind regards the Lindum Team.
