Stayed with National Holidays hotel has had a lot of work done since I was there last good improvement done all round good food staff very courteous and attentive bar and food manager well up to position always on the ball to make sure clients were looked after .Had a client fall in dinning room but the staff were excellent in taking care of her injuries .
On departure the manager on duty came out and wished everybody a safe journey home very very rare for English managers to do that .
So well done Barrons court and good luck for your future
Regards

We stayed for 1 night after spending a day at the Black Country Museum & then we were continuing our journey to the Lake District the following day!
Check in was straight forward. Our room was clean & tidy & was ample big enough for our requirements! We were extremly happy with the hotel.(We were half expecting to have to find another hotel as we weren't quite sure what to expect!)
Would recommened it & would definately stay again.

Loved this hotel, we were made to feel very welcome by the owner, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was lovely and a very reasonable price, all in all a lovely hotel and would definitely recommend it.

Room Tip: If you have mobility problems I suggest a downstairs room

Thanks for your positive review and I am glad that Keith the Manager made your stay a pleasant one. We try very hard to keep the hotel as you described and the breakfast is always freshly cooked to order at a bargain price. Many thanks, John.

I took a group of veterans on a trip to the NMA and stayed at the hotel for two nights. From start to finish we were looked after very well. The food was good and Cy the restaurant manager even came in on his day off to make sure everything was OK. We had a great stay and would recommend the hotel to any group looking for a good value and well run hotel in the West Midlands area

Room Tip: The hotel does cater for weddings and parties so the top floor is less noisy

Have used this hotel many times, this time, with the consent of the manager, we used the sitting room for a small gathering, still impressed by the décor and the stylish antique furnishing. The garden is also a delight, small but well looked after, seats in the shade or in the sun provide a good and relaxing rest, or a quiet chat. A friendly and homely inn with lots of traditional English midland flavor.

Many thanks for your review and for choosing us as your preferred hotel; it is much appeciated by myself, Keith and the staff. It's Keith you have to thank for the garden as he puts a lot of his own time into it. We all hope to see you again sometime soon! Thanks, John.
