“Well equipped, dog friendly holiday home”
Reviewed 22 August 2017 for a stay in August 2017

Best equipped kitchen of any holiday cottage we have stayed in. Dog friendly with a secure garden. Situated on the edge if Findon village only a short drive into Worthing.
Comfy beds and a desperate shower room to the main bathroom.
We would recommend and return..

“Ideal, quiet, holiday home”
Reviewed 24 March 2017 for a stay in March 2017

A lovely quiet location and a 'home from home' feel. A very well equipped kitchen and overall everything you could need from a holiday home. A very clear information document was sent in advance and on arrival there were very thoughtful items such as tea, coffee, milk in the fridge and even a bottle of wine which was most appreciated! Being spring, there was even a beautiful bunch of daffodils in a vase. Will definitely return.

“Fantastic!”
Reviewed 1 January 2017 for a stay in December 2016

The Haven is such a lovely place; a true home from home - clean, immaculate, spacious, nicely scented and well equipped from kitchen utensils to the number of mirrors provided! The decent WIFI was also a bonus. We really appreciated the little touches - the Thornton shortcakes, Prosecco and the Christmas decorations certainly made our mini break that much more festive, thank you! All in all, it was prefect for our family of 4.

We felt really lucky to be staying in Findon- a marvellous village with literally everything that you need! There is a newsagent, a butcher, not to mention the pubs/restaurants with really friendly people; they did amazing food too! The Thai slow-cooked pork and butternut squash curry was out of this world at the Village House! The ribs and the venison were equally as good at The Gun.

We thoroughly enjoyed our post-Christmas break at The Haven - would have loved to stay for longer than just 3 nights. There are lots of things to do in the area too - we managed to pack in a bit of beach volleyball / tennis at the Worthing sand courts, a stroll along the Brighton Pier, a quick trip to Arundel and even a spot of retail therapy at Chichester! We'd certainly love to come back with the right footwear for a bit more country walks nearby.

Thank you so much for making The Haven such a great place Elaine and thank you for being so flexible in letting us check out a little later. Wishing you all the best for 2017! Happy new year!
