Clean, reasonably priced food and drink which we enjoyed after visiting the cavern. Children's menu and free water dispenser which made a pleasant change. Bacon and egg butty cooked fresh on ordering, very nice

Pleasantly surprised by this café which was a precursor to visiting Poole's Cavern. Outwardly looked like any other basic café within a larger attraction. They offer an extensive menu with good options for children. Coffee was good quality and menu prices cheap. The excellent rating though is for the staff who were even smiling whilst cleaning the coffee machine! This small detail really makes a difference and gave the impression of a small but happy team.

We had a lovely afternoon here. The tour was very interesting it is cold though! Esme our guide was very enthusiastic and made the tour fun for all ages. The cream tea was very welcomed in the friendly tearoom. There's a nice little shop and exhibition too.

Had a quick bite to eat after completing the Go Ape high ropes course across the car park. Our group sampled the egg mayo bags, tuna mayo jackets, egg and bacon nap and a ham and cheese toastie. All were delicious and filling. We couldn't resist the homemade cakes afterwards. Super little cafe with a rating of 5 on the food hygiene scale.
