Another visit to this hotel as part of a rock n roll weekend.Could do with some updating, but it has been a lovely stay, rooms are clean and comfortable, the food was really nice, decent servings. The staff were friendly, polite, efficient, nothing was too much trouble.starting with reception, restaurant staff, bar staff, and man on night duty looking after reception and bar, during late hours when we arrived for late drink after dancing all night. well done staff. young man who was training very good obviously loved what he was doing, bar and restaurant service. would stay again

Room Tip: lots of rooms with fabulous seaviews, werent disturbed by traffic noise, only seagulls but part of being at seaside

Stayed at this hotel for two nights. We had a room with a view, and a good location. The hotel was clean and welcoming. Breakfast was good the staff very helpful. We had one evening meal in the hotel which was good.

Room Tip: Room 116 is a large room with a good view !!!!!

Disappointed with this Hotel, we had a sea view room which was huge but the bathroom was not very big at all with a shower that you had to put the soap and shower gel on the floor , no room to turn round in it. The bed creaked everytime you turned over, there was a kettle, coffee, tea and biscuits.
My husband was pleased as on the breakfast menu they had kippers, food was fine.
This is a hotel that needs updating, It is clean and the staff are very friendly, we had lovely sea views, but can be a good walk down to the main attractions although there a paying lift a short walk from the hotel. Do not mind paying the high price for a room with a sea view but found this room did not warrant it.

I have stayed at this hotel before but my visit this time was disappointing . the hotel is in need of a refurb 90's décor needs to go

having paid £106 for a standard doubled this does not include breakfast the headboard was laughable the bedroom furniture needs skipping the wall paper was peeling of the walls I was very underwhelmed .

Breakfast was extra and felt as if we were being rushed to eat and go so the staff could clean up , and it was not worth the £7 per person.

don't expect wifi to work in your room either , only works down in reception .

if I have one positive the reception staff are helpful .

for what you pay to stay you can get more for you money in a local B&B
