I had no idea La Stalla existed as I hadn't seen any adverts or heard anything until I overheard a couple of people speaking in a pub about the lovely meal they had had there - so I looked them up.
We booked in for a meal with friends, and although from the front the facade is still of a village pub, the inside is very nicely laid out and the room at the back - originally the Stable - is a lovely, cosy dining room.
Attentive and friendly service is coupled with lovely fresh food. Having visited Italy recently I was pleased with how close the recipes are to the original, this is after all a family run Italian restaurant so I wouldn't expect any less.
