Usual Premier Inn standard, in a lovely location, right next to a country park.

My room was clean, bright, spacious and all amenities worked within it.

Excellent staff - friendly and professional.

I ate in the attached restaurant and felt the early bird menu for dinner was excellent value. It was recommended to book a time for breakfast as that can get busy. I needed to be there for when it opened and had breakfasted within half an hour of opening. The food was cooked to order, hot and tasty.

Loads of parking. I would stay here again if in the area.

Room fine, what you expect from a Premier inn. Clean, tidy, warm room. Large bed,T.V plenty of room even with table and chair.
Large on suite Cleaned daily.
Paid extra £25 for meal deal which was good value. Next door Beefeater so included was a 2 course meal, anything on the menu bar a few exceptions you had to pay a little towards. 1 drink including alcoholic beverage and then breakfast in the morning. Saved about £10.00 so well worth it. Do book thou as got very busy.
10 min walk away was a Cineworld which kept us entertained as apart from Beefeater pub not much else close by.
The Free Internet kept cutting out every 2/3mins which was annoying. They want you to book £5.00 for 24 hours. They should not advertise Free Internet.
Overall pleasant stay.

This is very much a critique of “Premier” Inn as a group as opposed to this individual hotel.
PTI’s used to be decent value for money, but they no longer have the same appeal.
Firstly, I hate the fact they no longer offer bars of soap. They fit a dispenser at shower height which is completely useless if you take a bath. I asked at reception why they stopped supplying bars and was told “the guests steal them!!” What an astonishing answer. I pointed out that the guest had paid for the room so more than entitled to do what he or she wished with the products supplied.
The quality of pillows is also very poor. I needed FOUR pillows to create a comfortable sleeping height.
PTIs serve a purpose. As a business overnight stopover. Certainly not somewhere I’d choose as an leisure choice though. Much better places for less money.

This is a standard Premier Inn in a lovely park location adjacent to a marina. A very pleasant place to stay with a Beefeater pub next door. I’ve given it 4 stars rather than 5 because our room backed into the rear of the pub where the grill vented and a delivery in the late afternoon was very noisy making it unpleasant to have the window open. That said, the staff were very friendly and helpful and I’d be happy to stay again.
