Thank yoy Rod for everything!!!
We spend a week in Colchester and had a fantastic time (our son is a student).
We found great hospitality, warm house, good and plenty breakfast. The greenview house iw near at the center, walking distance, cleen and very sympatic. Good value for money. Rod, the owner, is very helpful for everything. His dog ''Buddy'' is the star of the house and very lovely.
Thank yoy Rod for everything!!!!!!!!!!!
I wish we can visit Colchester staying in Greenview house again.

Lovely cosy twin bedded room and fantastic value for money. Rod, the owner was so lovely! He was so accomodating and treated us as friends, and I will never forget his lovely doggie, 'Buddy', what a lovely cuddly dog. The breakfast was great and you can order whatever you like. We could use the fridge and he left glasses in case we wanted to bring in some wine. Fresh milk in the fridge, which I think is a great idea compared to the little pots you usually get.

A stone's throw to the town, just a short trip through the sub-way which is very safe. Great shopping and restaurants, although have to say that 'Ask' was not really my cup of tea, but you have so much more choice.

The pub, the Abbey Arms, just along the road from the B&B is fantastic, we had a whale of a time, singing on the Kareoke and dancing. The ladies who own the pub are lovely. It will be a night I remember for a very long time and thank you to everyone who made my night ! It has recently been taken over and is a fabulous venue - you must try it.

I am really hoping to be back next year for another great 'let your hair down' weekend.

We stayed here for a 1 night stopover at very short notice - luckily there was a room availiable. All others in the area were fully booked or vey expensive. Extremely glad we found this place as very much better than a large impersonal hotel. There are only 4 rooms and our twin room was very large and comfortable. Can't fault it really. Very reasonable rates and has other reviewers have stated, the owner, Rod really couldn't be any more friendly and helpful, particularly with regards to the local area. Very close to the town station and the town centre, but has a village type feeling in the location it is, very quiet and green - perfect. Lovely breakfast prepared by Rod. A great (albeit brief) stay. Highly recommended by us.

A fantastic b and b with a warm welcome. Was made to feel at home and nothing was too much trouble. Easy walking distance of town centre. Will definitely be making a return visit and would highly recommend it.
