Went with a group of 18 to the high ropes. We booked for a 1.1/2 hour slot. Included in the allotted time was kitting up which took a while with a group of children aged 11 and under, this then left less time on the actual course. Because there were so many of us we were then split into two groups, while one group got to go straight on to the low ropes course the rest of us were left on the cliimbing wall. By the time our group was taken up on to the low ropes we were told that we did not have enough time to do it. We were offered the high ropes course but many of the children were young and did not go that high. We were then only left with the fan drop. For £18 each and having paid for three I did not feel this was my monies worth, to just do the climbing wall and one jump. The staff memeber was very good but kept saying they were understaffed. I would not recommend the high ropes as i could pay less money elsewhere to just do a climbing wall.
