Very used to staying in premier inns due to sons Football probably 20 weekends of the year and it’s our go-to brand.
Stayed at Morton park before (this time last year) and our impression was it was little bit better last time
In the bathroom of the room signs of rust on the towel rail and mould appearing down the side of the door - small thing not an issue for us but will only get worse If not sorted.

Dinner was good with decent service. Happy.
Breakfast not up to usual standard. We ate at 830 and waited around 10 mins to be seated. No costa coffee machine - coffee in an urn waited fair while for cooked order - may be 30 mins to be taken and delivered.
Fine if you are leisurely not a problem. Staff pleasant as always

This hotel is very nice, room was cosy and very nice a Morden, bathroom was average size, don't like how soap and shampoo and that is in containers but it's not that bad, the breakfast was so delicious the black pudding is so nice, I don't like how they got rid of flapjack but it doesn't really matter because I had about 4 crossants instead lol, I would probably come back hore because it's amazing generally and staff are so nice and hotel is very nice to, nice job premier inn, I would rate this hotel altogether about 9/10, very nice.

We stay at this Premier Inn a lot, and have made good reviews in the past but unfortunately not this time. My request for a top floor room, and being told this was fine, only to arrive later and find that the member of staff had not done this was very disappointing. Thankfully, the two guys that were on the desk managed to sort it out and were professional and courteous in their approach. Shame when one person lets the Premier Inn down on such an important request that was blatantly ignored.

Whilst cheap and cheerful I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Well located just outside the centre (about 5 mins drive), it has a Costa Coffee, MacDonald's, Beefeater and Morrison's all well within walking distance - the Beefeater is actually attached to the hotel. The room was spacious with a big double bed (very comfy), ensuite and was very quiet. Had breakfast in the Beefeater which was ok. One tip for breakfast...in the rooms they advertise the breakfast and it says you can drink as much coffee (tea, juice etc) as you want. It is clearly advertised as Costa Coffee yet they only have filter coffee at the servery. You have to ask for the Costa Coffee from a machine they have behind the bar and I was told I could only have one, even though the advertisement in the room clearly says that it is unlimited.
