From check in to the restaurant staff serious staff training needs to take place .the good night guarantee wasn't mentioned .on to the waiting staff untrained to the point of ignorance.at breakfast we weren't offered a choice of eggs or porridge of which is the normal standard service. The waitress who came to seat us at breakfast wanted to recharge us and seemed totally confused on something so simple.the older waitress was a bit better but it was her who failed to offer the extra services as previously mentioned. Certainly not a memorable stay for any good reasons

Nice clean double room. Staff really nice and helpful. The Thyme bar offers very good food, though a little pricey if you're on a budget. Breakfast is fantastic, as much as you can eat, unfortunately, I couldn't eat as much as I'd like that early in the morning.
Good location for me as this was a business trip and the company I was visiting was located within 500 yards.

Another great stay at a Premier Inn. Poole North hotel was a great location with friendly and helpful staff. Loved the dressing up for Halloween. Poole is full of history and character, Poole Quay is a must with lovely old pubs and buildings.

Had a 2 night stay excellent service. Really clean warm and the staff very friendly. Parking could be a problem if the hotel is full but it wasn't a problem for myself. Price was very reasonable we went for the all in breakfast which was the right thing to do I think, great choice for the money.

We stayed for three nights in a comfortable, very clean room where the bathroom looked as if it had recently been refurbished. Everything was spotlessly clean. The TV and Wifi were easy to use. Continental breakfast is generally more than adequate to start the day, although we found that 9 am is extremely busy, resulting in food not being replenished quickly enough and queues for tables being the norm. Parking is OK when you check in, but if you leave the hotel and return later, you may find (as we did) that lots of parking spaces are taken up with commercial and other vehicles, and in some cases with trailers and lorries taking up 4 or 5 spaces on their own. Although the hotel is near a busy road, we slept very well as the soundproofing and blackout curtains did their job. Inside the hotel, we could hear very little noise.
