Crab claws had a really crispy breadcrumb coating and tasted great. Reminded my wife of somewhere abroad where she used to eat the best crab claws. I had the calamari which had a light crisp batter and perfectly cooked calamari. Our friends also had great starters.
The main courses matched the starters for quality and quantity. The fish and chips had a plateful of chips under the fish. Again the batter was light and crispy. Fish pie full of flavour and our friends said the same about their meals.
All in all we all enjoyed our meals and had no room for afters.
Good food, good prices and good ambiance.
