We stayed here for 2 weeks while on holiday from the US. The staff are wonderful and our room was just what we needed. Clean and comfortable beds and the best staff ever. Will be staying here again on our next visit for sure.

Used this on way to ferry at Harwich. Only 40 minutes travel. Quick check inn and room was very clean and spacious.Lady at check out was very nice. Great value.
We stayed here after seeing Jane McDonald at Ipswich Regent. As always, this hotel + it's staff went above + beyond in all aspects to make our stay relaxing, comfortable + with a superb breakfast....it cannot be faulted in any way!
Good value for money with regards to accommodation, but a breakfast was horrendous. The staff simply forgot about some clients including us, so it took ages to get our breakfast and the choice was not great too as many products have finished by the time we were finally served.
This Inn is in a good location just off the A12/A14 junction, close but quiet. Rooms are now more basic than earlier, the one comfortable chair has now disappeared, not that it matters now the tv is only watchable from the bed. Premier Inn have replaced all the beds, if you like a firm, cool and large bed the new versions are not for you.
