The Broadway was right in the middle of everything the manager of the hotel was great nothing was to much trouble only thing for me was the breakfast should of been included in he price and not extra, the room we stay had a big enough ledge to sit on an if you stuck your head out the window you could see the sea to your left. I would definitely stay again

It is what it is we paid £30 + £5 for parking space at back
The hotel was very clean the bed comfortable the staff friendly I felt the breakfast at £10 each was a bit pricey so we had breakfast at Debenhams
For the price it was a good base for us for our day and night in Llandudno we would stay again

Hotels really easy to fine. It advertises Parker but that’s a lie. We walked in to the hotel little bit drab and the reception wasn’t much but that was okay we stood for a good 10 minutes waiting for someone to come to check us in the guy who eventually come was nice enough He told us where are room was and off we went. The stares and hallways and dark and dingy and really need some updating. We get to out room and the door just pushed open didn’t need to use the key we though this may have just been left open by a cleaner walking in the the room I was shocked to say the least the room was awful the bed was supposed to be a double was beardy a larg single the walls where all stained yellow and there was cobwebs on the walls above the bed on the headboard if we where staying longer than one night I’d have asked for a refund and gone home there was an awful draft coming from the window I opened the window and the view was literally a roof nothing else I closed the window hoping the draft was due to the window not previously being closed properly I was wrong the window had an old wooden frame that wasn’t in the best condition so we closed the curtens tuned on the radiator hoping when we come back from tea and a walk the room will have walmed up some. So out the room we went and the door wouldn’t shut the door didn’t fit the frame if you pushed it slightly it opened so we done what we could to make the door look like it was locked. When we come back the room was colder than when we left even though the radiator was hot we could see out breath. I decided to get a bath and hopefully it would help I ran the bath and the water come out from every where but the fost but eventually the bath filled but it was a waste of time as the water wasn’t even hot enough to put a baby in so I took out the plug and water started to appear on the floor I mopped it up with the towels and got in to bed witch was an experience in its self the bed nearly fitted us in 2 lady’s 5”4 and 5”6 both 12stone the bedding was clean and n white the bed was so uncomfortable hard and lumpy we both woke up with our backs hurting. When we went to check out and talk to the staff about out experience there was no one to be seen at all guests where just leaving there room keys on reception and going so we never got the chance to put our complaints across. I wouldn’t be staying hear again and I would warn anyone going to the area not to stay at this hotel I’m really struggling to understand the high reviews.

Room tip: Stay in a different hotel

Stayed here one night. Easy check-in, lift was a big help when carrying cases. Room was spacious with a separate en suite shower room. Bed was very soft.
Downstairs bar leading onto breakfast room. Served breakfast (Not buffet) so everything was always hot and tasty with a good selection of continental options. Only downside was no parking but street parking at £2 per day was plentiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. If we were here on a short break again, would definitely look to come back here.
