We stayed here for one night as a group booking. Check in was efficient and all of our rooms were ready.
Both the exterior and interior in places is a little bit tired and could do with a bit of TLC, but it was extremely clean and the staff were absolutely fantastic, friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us.
We were very happy with our stay and would recommend this as a no frills, friendly base for a break in Llandudno.

This is our 2nd time in visiting the County at Llandudno on the 4th to the 7th June however due to Covid ristrictions the hotel at first glance seems to be bare.. It is.. However this didn't spoil our stay..
The rooms have plenty of hot water and we're clean alittle dated but for the money great value.
On our first morning down for breakfast there were 2 staff who served around 80 people again due to Covid restrictions they had to serve everyone needless to say
the staff were like headless chickens running around however they were very professional and extremely polite and helpful
The breakfast was excellent..
The food served for the 3 night stay was excellent and Great choice..
Having 2 elderly gentleman with us who both wanted a little break by the sea after an hordenous year of uncertainty the County was both affordable and value for money.
In these uncertain times our stay was made all the more pleasurable by the friendly staff and excellent food
We will be returning hopefully later in the year....

I am glad to hear you enjoyed your stay with us and our amazing staff looked after you well under the pressures of first week opening under covid restrictions.
We are a dog friendly group of hotels but we do limit the amount of dogs we take at one time and dogs in the dining room are not permitted so i will look in to this matter.

If you are ever looking to stay in the area again please do not hesitate to contact me directly so that i can deal with your booking personally

Nice hotel from the front and on the front, parking in front of hotel on both sides of road, parking on side streets too. steps up to hotel and reception, check in at 3pm and NO earlier ( even 5 mins before ), reception staff very polite and friendly, quick check in. Lift to upper floors but not working on the 3rd and 4th June when I stopped, this could be a problem with older people or difficulties. stairs shallow steps so not too bad. free wifi in hotel that seem to work a lot of the time but not always. Room was a pleasant surprise we did not expect a sea view room and had nearly not booked room because it did not mention room view (Booking.com) room was a twin deluxe with a double bed and a single, spacious room with 10 hangers in wardrobe, iron and ironing board. hair dryer in drawer, tea and coffee and two bottles of water. telly on wall but only a few stations ???? and only bbc 1 worked ???? bathroom with toilet bath with shower over and sink, shampoos etc and towels. breakfast was good and plenty of it, wife thought dining chairs were a little hard to sit on, could have done with a cushion.
Overall it does not pretend to be anything it is not, its ideal for up to a few days stop and I would visit again, one thing I noticed is that the parking was free on the roadside but when we went nearer to town the parking had pay and display even on the roads outside some hotels, could work out expensive getting closer to town.
One key which you keep with you when you go out

Room tip: Make sure the room states sea view, there are rooms at the back of the hotel facing buildings

We have spend 4 nights 9th/13th march at this nice n clean hotel ...on the seafront .We was on a 4 nights coach tour with National holidays
What we did'nt liked much was that our room was one of those below the street level with prom view ..We wished if the room was on top floors .... but to be fare we have not asked for a room change ... regards national holiday our disapointment was that even if we was the first we have booked (14 seats) as others booked only few weeks before one row two seat behind driver was given to other couple...
