Nice friendly place and the staff are really nice. Room was adequate, clean with all the usual extra bits such as tea/coffee etc. Car parking was a bonus but to be fair that is why I booked there.

Two niggles though. Cooked breakfast was not very hot but the worst thing was that we could not lock our room door as the lock was defective. We reported it at least four times only to be told that it would be sorted out but it wasn't. Consequently we had to leave it unlocked two days and nights. Not really acceptable and it could have been fixed pretty quickly by someone who knows what they are doing.

Lovely cozy hotel, very clean and the staff were very friendly. The room was beautiful and the view from our room was too. The only complaint is that our cups in the room weren’t clean when we got there but other than that I can’t see any reason to not come back

We have just returned from a last minute overnight stay at Winchmore Hotel Llandudno, we had friends who were visiting Llandudno and decided day before we would like to go too, booked with booking.com and managed to get a premier room double £102 per night incl breakfast. We asked if it was possible to leave our car from 11am on our check-in day which they said was fine and no charge either, our room when we checked in was bright large very clean and well equipped, had all the usual fittings plus 2 easy chairs and a lovely bay window with fab sea views. Bathroom had bath with overhead shower basin and toilet, as I no longer have a bath at home this was a plus for me!! Everyone at the hotel was extremely pleasant and helpful, we used the bar and prices we very reasonable and barman very helpful. At night we were not bothered by seagulls which was my worst nightmare so another plus. Breakfast was also excellent cereal fruit juice toast and full cooked breakfast if you could manage it all!! Again serving staff were very accommodating, all in all not a negative point to be made - We Will Return, Well Done Everyone

Very friendly and helpful staff esp in the dinning room we asked if we could have our breakfast early one morning as we had to be somewhere early and it was no trouble at all, talking of breakfast there was a wide selection of food from cereal, tinned fruit, yogurts, to a choice of cooked breakfast and it was very good. the room was a descent size and we had a lovely view of the sea front the bed was comfortable and equipped adequately. There was parking to the rear of the hotel but if it was full you could park out the front until 10am the next morning. We would stay here again.

Stayed in a family room on the top floor with 2 kids and 2 adults. Room/Beds itself were satisfactory but the small things that move a hotel above average were missing... wi-fi could be detected but would not connect and/or had no internet, shower was annoyingly hot/cold at random times which is never ideal with kids, and the breakfast quality was poor with parts of meal cold at times and low quality sausage/bacon clearly being sourced.
Staff were very friendly and location was great which balanced the gripes, but clearly the hotel is struggling and so investments not happening so it's heading one way longer term I feel.

Room Tip: Sea view obviously better
