As always with Karen and Tony everything was totally spot on. Great welcome, immaculate room, breakfast to die for and perfect hosts. We asked their advice on eating "Italian" and what good advice it was (see separate review on Romeo's). I doubt there's a better B&B in Llandudno, thank you both.

Room Tip: They're all immaculate

After first booking in at another place to stay, which was very disappointing that we had to leave, we booked into Holcombe House, What a lovely welcome we had, the room was very clean with everything you could want, excellent breakfast. It was Easter weekend, we had a nice surprise with chocolate eggs left for us on the breakfast table yet again another lovely touch. Definitely a 5 star b and b. Karen and Tony make sure guests enjoy their stay. Perfect place to stay.

Even when telephoning to make our booking, we found the attitude of Karen and Tony to be first claing breakfass. On arrival, their welcome was genuine, with tea and biscuits for all four; even though only my wife and I were actually staying. The access to our first floor room(named "Ty Gwyn") was easy for my partially disabled wife and the room was sheer bliss. Very clean and up to date furniture with a very comfortable bed, tea/.coffee and spring water; plus T.V. etc. The residents lounge was very comfortable. The morning breakfast was a positive banquet. Their advice as to where to go for an evening meal was excellent. All in all, we would certainly recommend anyone to stay here. It is well worth every penny.

Room Tip: There are two family rooms. Car parking is either at the rear or enough room on front road.

Just an overnight stay this time and just my wife and I, but still the 'usual' warm and friendly welcome from Karen and Tony. Our room was faultless, spotlessly clean, and really comfortable beds. Tony's legendary breakfast was fantastic, and set us up wonderfully for the trip back home. An absolutely perfect stay.

Room Tip: Rooms at the front do have a slightly better aspect
