Ocean Beauty is smaller than its sister hotel, Ocean Villas, which is about 7 killometres away which is much larger. Ocean Beauty has only 9 rooms each with a balcony and some have a small kictchen area. The hotel feels more intemate as its smal. Breakfast is served on your balcony as there is no restruant. There is a pool and beach front all of which are good. However this hotel may not be for everybody as is small quiet and you will have to go out to find your entertainment. Shops and local restruants are just moments away on foot. Grand Baye is a 5 minute bus ride away and they go every 15 minutes if you need to go there.
The pictures on their web site represent what we saw.
The staff were most helpful and friendly.
We got a meal served on the beach, a massage and sunset boat ride as part of the package. All of which were really good.
A bottle of bubbly on arrival was a big hit !
Good value overal

Room Tip: Rooms which would seem to be the best two at the front with sea views. Other had more of a garden view and slightly further back

All in all very happy with our stay here. Friendly staff. Nice garden. Good terrace with sunbed and fantastic view of the ocean. No beach onsite, but two nice beaches within 100 feet. Great Breakfast is served at your private balcony or at the beach terrace whatever you like. Reason for leaving out the last star is because the A/C didn't work in our room.

Had a lovely stay here... it backs up onto a beach and the staff make you feel right at home. WIFI is a bit slow in the rooms but reception is good in the communal area. Speak to reception staff about excursions and they will give you great tips. Breakfast is well done and you get a choice of what you would like and its delivered right to your door. Lovely infinity pool in the grounds too!

After reading the reviews I was really looking forward to staying and managed to upgrade to a garden room. On arrival I was really disappointed, the room smelt musty and was in need of redecorating.
I spilt some water on the bathroom floor & when I wiped it up my cloth was filthy, so the floor had not been cleaned properly this is not something you expect from a boutique hotel.
I woke to use the bathroom on the second night and found hundreds of ants had hatched below the basin they were everywhere! Under the sink there were holes stuffed with paper where they had obviously come from (see picture)
There were no facilities for evening meals & only breakfast was served.
On the plus side the hotel is in a lovely location on the beach and the staff / security are really helpful.
Apparently the owners own several hotels on the Island, they really do need to invest in this particular hotel.

A lovely boutique style hotel in an excellent location. Staff were friendly and helpful and our room was kept immaculately clean. The perfect place if you like to go out and about in the evening as it is in a central location, although the hotel itself is very quiet. We will return!
