Family friendly staff

Perfect place to be when you want that hotel feeling for your whole family in your home town. And what a breakfast - our two year old loved it and so did we! Since it’s so expensive, it’s nice to be able to buy hotel breakfast and skip the sleepover. so that is what I will do next time (since it’s in my home town ;)

A Trip to Trondheim

the Hotel is according to my opinion not so good like on the website. The breakfast is realy very good (I can recomandet it) but the room ist not like on the website. The room is smaller than other Hotels for 3 Stars and the Gym has no working air conditioning. At the midday was in the Gy for three days like the Sauna.

As always, the best hotel breakfast there is! Great stay.

Very helpful staff when we had some trouble finding correct parking due to a big event downtown. Fantastic breakfast as always. The room was clean and beautiful with a river view. Beds where huge and very comfortable.

The breakfast makes the difference!

Very friendly staff, nice location and excellent, award-winning breakfast. Very flexible lake check-out policy. Rooms in standard, nordic Scandic design. Views depend pretty much on the room you get. On the more negative side: The soap dispenser in my room did not work properly and the wifi was somewhat in conflict with my the security standards on my devices. Overall, a very good experience.

Just OK

The lobby is modern and inviting but the rooms are blah and dated. The rooms are smallish with little light, the bathrooms are Formica and fluorescent lit. It was quiet and comfortable, but not special. The setting on the water is a plus at breakfast. The breakfast buffet is ample and rightfully hyped up up in the literature. The staff is also friendly.
