A budget hotel downtown Trondheim city centre. Airport bus stops just outside. The reception area is quite run down, but friendly staff. Free WIFI which works ok. The breakfast was a disappointment, very little variation and not really appetizing. Ok for one-night business stay and budget trip with friends, but for family and more days I prefer something better.More

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. The room was comfortable and reasonably well equipped although the shower needs some repair. The included breakfast was adequate but by no means lavish.
The location is very good but there is no on-site parking. We had to go to the railway station to park and we were lucky to find the last vacant spot.
Overall it is good enough for a short stay but I would not recommend it for an extended stay in Trondheim.

This hotel has a perfect location if you want to stay in Trondheim center. Rooms are comfortable with good beds. Noise isolation was also good. I have two minus. The first is car location. The hotel does not have parking spots. You'll have to park outside in the street. It's free after 8 in the evening until 8 in the morning, but quite expensive. The other minus is breakfast. You have all what you need, but there is no "magic" at all. The living room is on the contrary very old style in typical Chesterfield style.

An older, "classic" hotel, but clean and quite nice. My room was very spacious, comfortable, with a very nice bathroom. The location is a big plus, just 3 minutes to walk to the train station, and near the city centre. I also walked here from the Hurtigruten boat terminal, about 20 minutes. Across the street is a delightful coffee shop. The breakfast buffet was good, but the coffee not so good, so walking across the street for a great coffee is recommended.

Welcoming and friendly staff, but standard (boring) hotel.
The hotel advertises with local food for breakfast, but the only local stuff was a blue cheese from Selbu (a village near by, but the cheese is available in most stores in Norway) and an egg salad made from local eggs. No information about the boiled eggs. Are they local?
We had a window towards Søndre gate, which meant that we had to close the window during night time to keep traffic noise out. The temperature then got too high for a good nights sleep.
This hotel has a perfect location in Trondheim. The hotel has clean room, nice personell, OK breakfast and short distances to the most. Parking of a car must be done at å parking house, several around the hotel.
