Bakklandet is a very nice and quiet hotel with friendly staff and good rooms. Close to city center, good location for going out for dinner. Missing the earlier dinner at the hotel, but other than this the place is very good for business purpose.

Had a relaxing and comfortable stay at the hotel. Good customer service from staff from arrival to departure. The rooms were clean and tidy.And the bed was comfortable to sleep in.
The breakfast service looked good but the hot section was not so good with cold fried and scrambled eggs and the sauasges also cold. I suspect the other parts of the cooked section were similar. That is a basic and not acceptable. If the food is getting cold then it's also telling me its been sitting out for too long which is a food hygiene issue.
