Very polite and helpful staff (speaks english fluently). Good and safe location. Easily accessible. Comfortable mattress and pillows. Clean, renovated rooms and common spaces. Window can be opened for fresh air. Cute terrace at the 7th floor, modern and cozy 24h reception, lobby and bar at ground level. Very good breakfast, both sweet and savoury, also includes healthy choices, smoothies and a waffle-maker (can be easily bought separately, using a touchscreen just before you have it). Free and fast wifi everywhere. Very quiet. Well priced (for Oslo), even better when discounted.
Really small room, more of a cute nest. No access around the bed, tiny sink, small desk and nice chair, shower looks very tiny but its doors can close otherwise to make it larger. Towels and sheets not changed very frequently.

Super tiny room (and bathroom), but with a soft bed, hairdryer and tiny desk. Great for staying at a few days; longer than that, you'll probably want a bigger room.
Breakfast buffet with eggs, bacon, bread etc. + the quintessential Norwegian waffles! Coffee was good the first morning but terrible the two following days.
Automatic check-in and check/out, if you've booked online. Reception is open 24/7.

Room was quite small! The mattress on the bed was way too thin half the size of a normal one also ended up having bed bites on my back sometime in the middle of the night which didnt really impress me!

The location was good, the service from front desk was good only thing i wasnt too keen on which wasnt aware until girl on front desk told me the hotel itself was a cashless hotel and only accepted cards. I know Norway as a whole in an expensive country but do feel that due to the price i paid for one night (£64) could of included some form of a breakfast- instead a breakfast buffet was available for around £9 - would visit oslo again as beautiful city but perhaps would look for a better deal elsewhere.

Rooms are very small but clean and surprisingly quiet. The hotel is an easy walk from the National Theater stop on the NSB train from the Oslo airport (for only 92 Nk per person one way). The History Museum, National Art Museum, and train station are close by and excellent restaurants are within walking distance.
It was nice to be able to leave our bags after check out for no additional fee, instead of using left luggage.

Room Tip: Rooms are very small but are surprisingly sound-proof

Hotel was located near National Theatre train station (about 5 mins walk) This was great for getting back to the airport. Hotel had good reception area where drinks were available to buy.
NO kettle or fridge in room! So forced to buy from the hotel.
We were in room 747 and although it had a little area with a desk and TV (one comfy chair) the bed area was small. The bed was pushed against the wall so only accessible from one side. No idea what other rooms were like
The hotel had a small but very nice roof terrace, where you could drink items purchased from the hotel.

Room Tip: Hotel has 8 floors Top floors better views
