We booked this apartment well before we left on our trip and paid for it well ahead and tried to get details of entry to the apartment before leaving on our trip but could never get a reply by phone or email. Finally we were told by Suzanne P that we could only get entry details 24 hours before arrival.We tried all day then but got no reply. We walked from the train station with our bags to the address and it was all locked up.We had to check in to a nearby hotel.It cost us $350. I would never recommend this place or the company that let us down so badly.
The appartment was beautifully clean and modernly decorated with a lovely reading nook/extra bed. It was the perfect temperature and very quiet despite its central location, only 200 metres from Oslo Central Station with its bus, train, tram and metro stops. If we return to Oslo we would certainly book the same place.
The apartment is very well located, near the main train station and with walking distance from many great places in Oslo. It is well kept and the bed very comfortable. Also Jenya was very helpful and made sure I had all information I needed. I definitely recommend.
